like marty said you have to have a blowdown tube to be legal at tracks, mine are in the bed, i run lines in the cab for winter snow drift busting to keep them warm and cozy
They allow the pressure to be released outside of the cab if the bottles pressure relief valve goes off, you can get them thru summit, if i remember right they are about 15 bucks per bottle, most tracks require that you have them.
I worry about laying it in the bed and it getting stolen or messed with.
