Here is a video of todays run, had a problem loading, 4th gear hit at 500hp 713 tq, it shifted into OD and went to 550hp 919 Tq, Couldnt keep her in 4 gear tranny starting to slip now I think not bad for a stock tranny, listen at the end lost the boost tube at just about 35-40psi I believe. Not a competition but I had the highest numbers end speed 140mph, It was a good turn out looks like aot of PSD were on the dyno today 5 PSD dyno.
thanks for puttin my vid up kevin. i did 473 and 730. turbo was not lighting till like 32-3400 and was only gettin 38psi compared to the normal 50. peak power was at 3500 and only dropped 50hp out to 4200.
These big chargers can be fun to lite on the dyno....i usually do a 3-4th gear run.....by the time its shifts to 4th, boost pressure is up and rpms are where it needs to be.
I didn't get to say anything to ya before you left Jason, thanks for coming out! I could tell you were having a hard time winding up right on that dyno, still put on a good show... I saw alot of cameras
Wish I could have made it, looks like you all had a great time. Great dyno runs! Was that an inertia dyno, or brake. The inertia's can be hard to load up on.
Good deal. Wish I coulda come but just got back today. Did you get dyno graphs? Just wanted to see if the 550 was a shift spike, and what is up with trying to keep it in fourth? I always dyno in 5th. Learned on Dunbars to hit 72 mph 5th gear and roll into it. 40 psi if it wasn't loading right is really good.
Fuekear, don't think ur cell is rite I called it n it was wrong number yea I have the graph, it shows 4th gear at 500hp n 713 tq, then like u said 5th n it jumped to 555.6hp 919tq like I said WOT, they kept wanting me to lock into 4th couldn't for some reason, in the video u see it going in to 5 n boosting then the boot let loose
nice #'s rescue this is getting me excited about my build, which is gunna be somewhat similar to yours, hoping to break 500 this gives me hope :bowfast::ford:
