i did some mods on mine recomended to me by one hell of a guy, and cut the end off my egr cooler and welded a flat washer on the end and welded the hole shut in the middle to block off the exhaust flow
brentos, sorry, didn't realize rcd was a sponsor/vendor here, since they are why don't they ever post? if they are posting whats the username? no bashing, just never used there products, heard some ups n downs but u here those about everyone, i wanted to get rid of the whole egr idea, so i did some cutting

I run the RCD kit and cant say anything bad so far.
If you think to shoot for higher numbers later i would consider the gogo diesel, aka psdplayer, it is a real nice piece and opens up the airflow like hell. Just my 0.2 opinion

My state doesn't have testing, but I travel a lot for work. Do the states that have emission testing and roadside testing require out of state visitors to participate in these tests too?
I know colorado wouldn't require you to as long as you didn't have CO plates.
