How much does it weigh?

How much does a standard cab, 2wd, longbed 7.3 superduty weigh? Im not talking about rating, just if one were to put it on the scale, about how much would it weigh (without driver)?

Re: How much does it weigh?

Is your truck longbed or shortbed?

And i would imagine a 2wd is probably a couple hundred pounds less than a 4x4. I doubt that front suspension would weigh anywhere close to a front axle, not to mention there is no transfercase also.

Re: How much does it weigh?

I dunno... But I know it's hard to find a good scale. Last time I weighed my truck, it said 7100#....

Re: How much does it weigh?

The truck in my sig is an XL with no power windows, seats, etc. I have had it on the scales 3 times and it goes 6700lbs. Not sure about yours but it might give you something to compare.

Re: How much does it weigh?

Thanks. The truck in question is an auto and 2wd of your truck. So i can figure maybe a little less than that, which is exactly what i wanted to know. Thanks Mtack and gone6.0 for the replies! The help is appreciated
