i have been thinkin, when my motor blows or if it makes it through next pullin season i would some-what build it. main studs, treated stock rods, 14.5:1 pistons, and filled block. i figure it wouldn cost much but should hold up alot better. what yall think? all i do w/ the truck is pull.
like i say all i do w/ it is pull. heck i got dummy glow plugs so it gets either below 45 any way. ya i was goin to call and ask nate but i figured i would throw it out there for everyone to see.
think it would work fine. i was planning on the same build. filled block (carrillo rods) etc... dont see why you would have any problems. would be a lot less $$$ with treated stock forged rods.
