What do you think?

2006 6.0 4x4. Has a Banks chip but other that than pretty much stock. Has a P2290 for low ICP pressure and a code for #4 cyl balance. It takes a while to start up and when you do it runs really rough. Dumps out white smoke and smells like raw diesel fuel. Do you guys think it is a bad injector? The truck has had 2 replaced. What would cause the P2290 code? IPR seems fine, could the HPOP be dying? Any help is appreciated.....

Nothing guys? Just wondering if anyone can confirm an injector before they tear into it and fix the wrong thing.

If the truck has had the latest calibration loaded into it,I would definitely say the injector is bad. The 2290 might be caused by something else in the HP oil system though. I wouldn't worry about the pump as much as one of the oil rail plugs or even the fitting at the pump.
