remove degas bottle, remove air intake tubing and filter, loosen the downpipe and both uppipes and remove the four bolts holding the turbo to the pedistal. Get some good penetrating oil and strat soaking it before you try loosing the exhaust bolts. Once you loosen the uppipes and downpipes once they loosen up pretty easy the nex time you have to pull it out. my friend can have his turbo pulled in less than a half hour.
have a big breaker bar handy to get that thing out of the pedistal, lol... you will need a screwdriver also to break the band clamps loose off the downpipe and uppipes..
Thanks for the help guys. I went over and helped him a bit. He missed the last exhaust bolt on the back pass side. We soaked everything and it came out pretty easy.
