i believe the only mod you can do that wont void your warrenty is a Aftermarket intake( but every dealer is diff) and a dpf back exhaust. hope it helps..
The thing you gotta always remember about what the dealer will and will not let you get away is, what FORD will actually let you get away with, just cuz your dealer says "we dont care" doesnt mean that the district rep that pops in to check on some warranty work, wont, first flag your truck, second fine the dealer a ton of warranty money, and leave you high and dry, my personal opinion is just take it completly to stock, that way they dont suspect anything to begin with.
I think as long as you dont have a major failure, engine ect, you will be fine, and i have heard of dudes running edge and sct that have needed engines and got them under warranty, can some of the reps spot tuning in the spray pattern on the pistons. maybe, but you never know, i would just keep pushing prove it and play dumb the entire time (if) it ever came to that.
