I have a new 24' car hauler and am towing it to San Diego from Austin, and back loaded. SO far running at about 70, I see 1100 degrees on level ground. Its like pulling a parachute. WHat kind of temps are you guys seeing that do a lot of long distance towing? Also what oil temps are you guys getting?
Tim, when I had the injectors and turbo you have I would see the same temps pulling a 16' cargo trailer with 5k in it. I did not have an oil temp gauge then so no help there. My oil temps are always within a few deg. of coolant, but I have not towed any long distance since my upgrades. I only broke 210(fan on) coolant temp once beating the snot out of it in the OBX sand.
