7.3 white smoke rough idle Help please

Hello all
I just bought a 2001 f250 7.3 234.000 miles
The guy I got it from put Engine Restore in it and it stopped running. I put in 2 new Batteries and used WD-40 and starting fluid and got it running. Rough idle, lots of white smoke. It has good strong power with no miss above 30 miles an hour. I drove it home 250 miles and used 2 quarts of oil. I not thinking put a can of Engine Restore in it and the motor stopped running. I had to use WD-40 and starting fluid to get it going again.
My thinking is that if the Engine Restore made the motor stop the way it did is that I have a cracked injector and or bad O-rings with warn sleeveís.
I donít have the $$$ at this time to put in all new injectors. I am going to install all new O-rings and any bad injectors with new sleeves at this time. What tool do I need or make to remove the sleeveís?
Any and all in-put is welcomed
Thank you for any help

Does the smoke smell like diesel fuel? If it clears up above 30mph you may just have a sticking injector, which will give a rough idle. Does it always run bad below 30mph? Or is it just the first start of they day?

Using 2 quarts of oil (assuming none of this made it to the ground or out the tail pipe....ie bad seal on the turbo) may indicate bad o-rings on the injectors. Check your fuel filter and see how oily it looks. If it's pretty nasty then yes you have leaky o-rings.

do some searching on injectors you can find them cheaper than that. check out site sponsors for starters. if your tight on money consider a rebuilt injector if you just need something to get you by for a while.

I would run a compression test on the engine before I spent a dollar on it.
