they are torque to yeald bolts, meaning that they are designed to only be stretched once. The way it was explained to me is that the first time they are used they stretch and hold. Well when you take them loose and stretch em again they wont hold the stretch.
LOL i didn't realize it was that old. I was given the link by someone else so i figured it was a recent thread. Guess i should look first. :doh:
