Just got em about 1000 miles ago. I like the look of them and the price. They seem quiet so far, little more aggressive that I thought but no worse than the PJ's I had before. The also came in load range E in my size- 35/12.5/17.
Looked at them Tuesday, going to give 'em a try. I have ran 3 sets of 315/75/16 Toyo MT'S - $360.00/tire now. and they keep wearing faster and cost keeps going up.
$192 and change for the Kuhmo's is worth a try, E rated, 10 ply -3860# same as the Toyo's
They look like nice tires, saw them on a truck a couple of years ago. I may give them a try also in the near future. Pretty good price for a 35 inch tire.
When I priced them vs teh toyos in the size I wanted there wasnt but a $20 difference in price per tire. The toyos look like they have a better sidewall tread to me.
Anybody have the 315/75/r16s with stock or just a leveling kit? If so do they rub? Im lookingh at getting this size and possibly a 4" lift a way down the road but I wanna know if id be fien for now.
Stock no way. I have a 4" lift with 315/75r16 kuhmo MT and the rub still. As long as you dont crank the wheel to the limit it doesnt rub. Theres no way that with stock or even leveling kit will fit right.
Another size option would be 305/70-16 if they offer that size. I'm running this size in a Hankook MT on a stock height Ex and all I had to trim was the inside edge of the mud gaurd
