Went to Sarver Automotive & Performance dyno competition. I did not realize that you operate your vehicle, never did it before and was the only 6.0 there. Dynoed 510.59hp and 884.53tq. I know nothing about nitrous, but I decided I am gonna do it and want a system that is progressive proportional to boost, rpm, etc. with as much adjustability as possible. Any suggestions?
nice numbers. i dont know if any run off of boost but i know the water meth does. i think most of them just run off of a switch but i dont know anything about nitrous either.
Nitrous Express uses the progressive controller that uses boost. I believe that this is the one used for diesels. You can buy it separately or in their kits.
You can make even a simple setup work off boost. We had 3 stages on Hoss' truck, 2 of which ran off Hobb's switches. Had one stage come on at 20psi, then another at 30psi, then a 3rd stage on a hand controller. made things MUCH smoother esp at the track. Also minimizes the risk of a nitrous pop, or putting out the fire.
I always thought the WOT switch was the best to do away with the nitrous farts
