Went to down load my new superchips programer, and it shows a connection error. Im sure that its the truck. Because the last time I tried to scan for codes, the snap-on Motis couldnt talk to the truck. I tried a differant scanner and It couldnt talk to it either.
Anyone have any Ideas? The Superchips is getting power. so what do I next?
Checked the fuse alrready, and just checked the pins. The code scanner works with the truck running, just not when the key on, engine off. But the programmer says WARNING DO NOT START while downloading files.
Yes, dont start the motor while the programmer is doing anything. Did you check other fuses? Thats a weird one, only other thing i could think of is one of the wires going to the connecter is split/cut?
Yea, my guess is its not at the port if its a wire since you already checked there, thinking its going to be somewhere farther down the line... Good luck.
