2002 250 cc 4x4. I finally replace all the bushings with ES bushings.Replace all the ball joints tire rods . Also add a zone leveling kit with adjustable trac bar. Also put a 18 inc rims and 31.5 tires. Actually front is higher than the back 1 inc now. After driving the truck for couple days I can't stand the squeaking and banging from the front end. If anyone had the same problem and all the PSN experts please help. Thanks.
Thanks for your respond Hunter. After some inspection I find out I forget to lube the new bushings on sway bar. After that it stopped squeaking. Now the only thing I got some banging under my foot when I go over bumps. I practically change almost everything on this truck and can not find the comfortable ride It used to have.
with leveling kit its goanna be stiffer then stock. Did you get everything tight on the track bar? Check all the bolts and torque them. Did you replace the leaf spring bushings to? Im pretty sure if their worn they will make a banging sound.
Yes I did change all the bushings. You are correct it is little stiff after the level kit. I'm really suspicious about the sway bar link. I am going to disconnect it and drive a little to see if that's the banging sound.
