Did you put new standpipes in the HPO rails while you had them off? It sounds like you may have a HPO leak somewhere. It takes a few miles/hrs to work all the air out of the HPO system, but the 03s don't seem as bad about that as the 05-07s do.
starts relatively normal this morning it took forever to crank. but it was cold and \i was un able to plug in. there where some boots (seal on the HPO oil rail line heading to the rail) that I dunno if we needed to replace.
so.. perhaps it has a leak. but sadly It looks like she is going to ford
