Are you saying that your engine is hydrolocked from water/meth and you are looking for a way to drain it off? If so, your best bet is to pull the glow plugs and crank her over. The glow plugs are located just below where the valve cover meets the aluminum rocker carrier. Depending on what year truck you have, you should either have a bus bar type harness or a flexible loom. You can't miss it.
