Saw it in DP mag and thats about it, they sure look nice!

$400+... WASTE of money...

I have a throttle body spacer I will sell you as well...

I have installed a few of them on 6.0's, and they have them for the 6.4's and 5.9's...

Whats the one thing they have in common (more then one but...)

A single intake runner. That is why they work in this respect. There is room for improvment on those, they bend too quick and are thicker then they need to be...

On a 7.3, there is really no room for improvement.

Retail is set at $400 for them...;)

I'm ganna buy one and pimp them just cus Joe says they don't work:poke:
The idea behind it is sound hmm just like the Garrett BB turbo:pointlaugh:

BTW they come apart so people converting from an OBS or early 99 to a 38R can use the outlet with a banks inlet and not have to change the sheetmetal intakes while those making their own turbo kits can use the composite cold side.

I think he quit making them

-Michael

He still makes them, but he only will if he has enough orders...

The reason GTS does it is because the early 99 Y pipe was not avalable for along time. Ford just started selling them again about a year ago. Thats the only reason.

Call him and ask.

interesting considering they wont have parts released till March 1st.

at any rate, Joe are you ganna sit here and tell me that you can use an early 99 spider on a GTP38R turbo?

No, I was incorrect on that.

But I still think you are better off buying a ford spider then a $400 overpriced POS...

If you want the bling then fine, but there is no performance gain from it.

Not my buddy, just the first place I had seen with pricing on it... If I am wrong I am wrong, but he has been close more then once on price.

tard q
but i have never had enough surplus money to care about major turbo upgrades

but do all turbo setups use the oem style intake?
h2e's, compounds, s400 etc?
or just turbos like gt38r, tn, d66 etc..

#39 ·
Just the drop in's... Others can come with a Vband connection, but the angle on a H2e/ 40 type turbo is differant then a Drop in.

 for a hunk of aluminum.

Id build my own or have someone make one of SS for that price, 24k gold plated too!!

This appears to be geared at the OBS/early99 crowd.

Their $350.00,but without performance gains id rather spend that money on beer!
