OBDII Bluetooth gauge/diag/scanner for iPhone/Android

Scanning the interweb I came across a Bluetooth obd2 adapter and was wondering. Is anyone using something like this on there iPhone or android for simple boost/egt etc and I so how well does it work? No clue about it. Fill me in if you use it

Good write up but seems its not going to work with he iPhone. The only iPhone app I saw was the itsx. But I don't really want to pay for all of that when all I really want is to monitor. Will the itsx app work with a generic obd2 Bluetooth adapter. Strictly for the monitoring and not the tunes
