I have one..and I love it..would do it again..and yes 450 bucks well spent.
as said above there is no DIRECT proof that it causes broken LPOP gears..mine has been on for 2 years now..and haven't had a problem rev limiter is set to 4100.
it really smooths the engine out and revs alot faster!
Mine never had an LPOP issue and I had the first production Fluidampr to leave their shop.
It was fine after the rods fell out of the block and has been on another truck for about a year with no issues at all.
I'd do it again and wouldn't think twice about it.
I guess I might just have to buy one now. My mind is made but, I will think about spending the money. But that's the hard part of it. Thanks for the input.
So it revs faster with the dampr? Does it make a seat of the pants difference Adam as in does it pick up and go faster or is the revs just smoother in general making it seem as if the revs are faster?
