I have pretty much decided that I want to run 40"x15.5" Toyo M/t's on 20"x12" Fuel Octane wheels. Should these fit under a 10" Fabtech lift on a 2010 F-250 6.4? Or is there another lift that may be a better option. I do not want to go over a 10" and have heard good about the Fabtech from a few people. Same with the Toyos, I have heard that they are just about the best tire but am open to other options.

Depending on which job your truck is your lower balance will rub quite badly....if I were you Id run the Toyo 38x15.50x20 on a 20x12 or even 20x14 and you'll be fine with that lift.

My buddy runs 22x14s -76 offset with 40" intercos on his 05 with 10" lift and some trimming, I don't see it being a problem with 12" wide/not as - offset wheels and the toyos I belive are not a true 40", I think you will be fine, if not you will have to do minor trimming

I run a fabtech 8" and have rubbing with toyo 38x13.50x20, the rim is a fuel throttle.. Tire rubs when it's cranked hard over.. The truck is 2010 f-350. I had 37x13.50x20 procomp extreme all terrains and they cleared nicey. Just watch out for offset
