I would pull the motor before the cab. All that stuff should be able to get installed with the motor in though. IIRC the studs involve a few stragically placed holes drilled in the firewall to get them in but those can be plugged up again when done.
Drain the coolant, remove the fan shroud, engine harness, master cyl, trans cable, steering shaft, chassis to cab harness, cab bolts, grounds. There are probably a few other things I'm forgetting, but it makes it way easy to work on!
