I picked up a set of F350 blocks to go on my 03' F250 to even the truck out after the Tuff Country Leveling Kit. I got under the truck and measured the stock bolts and they're about 13.5" So I'm going to need some 15" u bolts for the new blocks. Anyone know a good spot to get a good deal on u bolts? Any vendors on here offer them? I'd prefer to buy from a vendor on here.
Any good spring shop can bend you up a set in a few minutes. You will need to supply them with the length of the u-bolt, the diameter of the bolt, and the internal measurement for the axle size.
I got mine from a shop in my local area that services trucks of all sizes.
Service Spring in Northlake,il
they have stock sizes and can make custom length units
I had issues with all of the parts stores not being able to get long enough u bolts when i did a 350 conversion. Ford wanted to rape me. Like said before i went to a big truck shop that had a bender. I think they cost me about 15-20 bucks a peice. grade 8 with nuts and washers.
