Steering Wheel Pumping

Afternoon all,
my problem is this, sitting on flat level pavement, taking foot off brake and starting to roll, the steering wheel pumps, with the truck pulling to the right. the steering wheel pumps faster than wheel rotation, so not the tire, no brake pedal pumping so not brakes. The truck does pull to the right when driving, i did adjust the steering gear box due to slop, I think I need to tighten a bit more. I was getting the death wobble bad, and found the front was loose due to shaft at gearbox. the wobble is almost gone, still get it sometimes on level road with little to no input from steering wheel. I should say the first thing I did was get the wheels balanced, they were out of balance but did not cure the problem.
all this said, I dont understand the pumping of the steering wheel, I tried to load a video but failed. any ideas would be helpful

Can you come up with a better way to describe steering wheel pumping? It just dosent make any sense to me.

Do you mean the steering wheel is turning left to right, oscilating, maybe?

Not quite sure if this is correct this is from a dead stop, level surface, took foot off the brake pedal and it is just starting to roll.
