Yes there is a tool to check the IPR. But for the price, just replace it. If you want to, think of it like the 100,000 mile spark plug. Pretty cheap that way.
Except that I only have 34K on my rig. Still trying to get rid of my P1211 SES light and thought this might be an option but don't want to change a good one for a good one.
By looking at your sig, the J/A combo is known for problems. I would start there first. Pull it off, reset the computer and then go from there. IIRC the J/A ties into the CPS, ICP sensor and MAP sensor, then the input for the EGT probe. You may have a bad connection to the ICP sensor. Go back to stock before you throw parts at it.
I set the SES light in Race and Extreme modes with my J/A. Its normal, it just means that your HPOP cannot supply the amount of oil the Juice module is commanding.
