Hello, I am investigating doing the 05+ suspension swap on my 97 4X4 CCLB. I have read every write up that I have found.
My motivation is that when rebuilding my front D60 I discovered it had been regeared to 4.56. That is too low for my purposes. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until I had replaced the ball joints, seals, steering, u-joints, brakes, etc. In any case I should be able to sell the old axles and lift for decent money to offset the SDRA conversion.
Are Super Duty coil buckets required, or can a person use OBS coil parts?
Does anyone have the part numbers for the coil buckets and radius arm frame mounts?
Does anyone know the spring rates for 2011 F350 chassis cab?
Also, what are the steering / suspension component differences between 05-06, 07-08ish, or 2011? Is there any reason not to use 2011 parts?
I will be running 315 70 17's, so will probably need a bit of lift.
Thanks,
Chris
