How to replace the light bulb in tow mirror??

The running light on the tow mirror on my dad 08 F-450 went out and I need help getting it apart so I can change the bulb.

Put the mirror all the way to one side and there is a tab that u need to push with a screw driver and the mirror light will pop out. I believe it's a gray plastic tab

I was told by a mechanic shop that I needed to replace the whole mirror. He said that Ford told him the light was non serviceable. I know he is not lying to me so either someone at Ford is giving him bad info or Ford is not supporting replacement parts. Either way this thread saved me a bunch. Thanks,

That's pretty funny. It lists the bulb part number right in the owner's manual.
