Super Duty transfer case interchange.

Does anyone know what years of transfer cases interchange on my 04 with 5r110? Will a transfer case from 6 speed or a 4r100 fit??

Re: Super Duty transfer case interchange.

I asked the same question earlier today.

If you go to car-part.com and pull up transfer cases, there are about a dozen part numbers. Not sure what goes with what.

I want to put an electric shift transfer case from an automatic on a ZF6.

No the out put shaft on a 5r110w has a higher spline count but its the same t-case so you can take the imput out of yours and put it in the one from behind the 5r110w . There really the same t-case
