If someone was to replace the carrier in the rear with a new one, just by removing the Ring Gear, does everything have to be shimmed again etc ? Simple task or no ?
I would set it up like it was and check your gear meash and blacklash. I set mine up by hand, for customers i will use MICS tho. Even tho its a machined part it only takes a few thousandths to throw every thing off. Its not hard just time consuming if you gotta shim it
