so i installed southbend full ceramic clutch about 1k miles ago and i get the occasional chatter at low rpms. no big deal. i installed everything to the correct spec. now that i have some miles on it, its starting to squeal a little bit on initial take off. any thoughts?? thanks for the help guys!
I got the same thing with about 4k on it now, I asked the guys at south bend and they said it is what it is, It is made for high horse/torque. The chatter is most likely cause it is not a dampened clutch with the small pucks on the intermediate plate.
yea it sounds like i have a wild animal under my truck when i take off! haha
