hey guys

i cant get a lick of information from the dealer...:blah:

did the swap, had to change yokes over, and try to reset pinion bearing preload, i dont know how well it worked. and cant find an exact anwser for wheel bearings.

does anyone have or know where it can be found, the torque measurements for setting pinion bearing pre load And wheel bearing torque? i want to make sure it's all set and good to go before i start driving it for any long distances.

trucks a 02, the axle is a 00.(left front, right rear brake caliper) 10.50 LS, SRW.

thanks guys

PMed you.

Wheel bearing spec is 60 ft/lbs then back off 5 clicks for new bearings and 7 clicks for used.

Pinion bearing preload is rotational drag. Note this is without carrier installed.
16-29 in/lbs for new bearings.
8-14 in/lbs for used.
