Support truck at frame on jackstands . Support front axle with floorjacks. Remove both front tires.Take brake line bracket loose at coil spring . Remove shocks .Remove frame end track bar bolt .Remove top bolt on sway bar links.Slowly lower the axle down till enough room to slide in leveling spacer.Jack axle back up . Connect track bar , brake line bracket , sway bar links and shocks .Install tires , get an alignment .
You need castor shims and a adj track bar if you want it correct. The axle will be offset over 1" and Castor will be almost nill.
