I am running '06 wheels on my X...yes they rub a bit and am looking for new wheels.....found a set I like but concerned on the backspacing...they are 18x9.5 with 0 offset....I believe it turns out to be about a 5" backspace I think....just dont want to be in the same boat as I am now and after 2 days of searching I have no definite answer if they will work....I am running a 265/65/18 tire
Yep that is the coreect back spacing. 4.5-5 is generally acceptable depending on tire specs and suspension. The 06 wheels you had needed 1.5-2" spacers. The issue isngood quality spacers ruin the good price deal of cheap oem wheels.
Thanks Guys....I bought the truck with these wheels, the rubbing never bothered me just want a different look........I ordered the new wheels...so I will be putting the old ones for sale soon
