6.0 running hot

Alright my truck is running hot when idling or driving in traffic. Its loosing coolant but I dont see any leaks no water in oil and no oil in water. No white smoke either. Can someone point me in the right direction

Need more info. What mods are done besides what's in your sig, how many miles, etc...

I would be checking to make sure your egr valve isn't carboned up.. could be that egr cooler could be leaking common porblems.

Could also be leaking head gaskets.

Get the engine hot. Park on a downhill slope. Check under the EGR valve for moisture. You can also check for combustion gas in the degas bottle. NAPA sells a kit.

Only mods done are the ones in the Sig. It has 195k miles no exterior leaks though

Witht that kind of milage I would find a way to watch your temperature split for ect, and eot. Do it quickly too before this starts a bad downward spiral.
