I don't have pics, but a friend up in DE had a 4,000 sqft garage. Radiant heat in the floors, (4) 10' doors and a 12' door for the wash stall. I lost track of how many ceiling fans he had (over 20) and it was air conditioned. Flat screen TV, sofa's, and a small gym (all the walls were mirrored). He and his dad own a restaurant (Meding and Son Seafood).
Just an FYI this is underneath his 25,000 sq foot house. 2 elevators and everything else. This house is in one of the most exclusive communities in la. He lives next door to Denzel.
I hooked the power up at a garage a guy built on his farm . It was a 3 story setup with an elevator for his cars . Two levels for cars and the top floor was awesome , had a bar setup with a bigscreen tv , hot tub on the balcony . Killer setup to say the least .
edit: i saw pictures of a much better one than that but can't find it now... it was some guy who had i think it was over 160 cars and the list was growing pretty much everyday, he has 1 of the 20 reventons made (don't know if that number is US or worldwide numbers) and a host of other extremely rare cars
My Dad did some work on a guys place where he had a garage like that filled with about 50 expensive cars. He had to sign a release form saying he would not talk about the garage or anything inside the home with anybody.
no way..these people are on cruise control. how do you worry about spending too much when you have a billion? almost everybody in this cmmunity are over a billion. eddy murphy, stallone, denzel, martin lawrence, huge tv and music and big money folks here. this is one of the few ELITE areas of beverly hills. we do HUGE stuff in bel air, but i havent seen another area as concentrated with massive money as this community. its called beverly park, google maps it... some unreal ####. most of these peoples propert taxes are way over 6 figures.
Nice cars, but needs a lift and some toolboxes. Unless he has another underground garage with that stuff. My dad poured concrete at a garage like that once, the guy wanted like 6, 1/2' steel plates with shackles set in the floor all connected to each other with solid steel rod set into the footers so he could lock one of his cars up at all times since he travelled a lot and didn't trust most people in the area (Mint 69' Chevelle SS 396, he was original owner and car was always garage kept never taken out unless it was sunny). And my dad said his alarm system was crazy
To me it’s pointless to own a house like that. I reminds me of the houses on Jekyll Island.
I picture owning a nice 7,000 SQ ft house on a few hundred acres. With a quarter mile strip for the driveway, private MX track and trails. 4,000 sp ft. detached garage with a bar and mens room. Tons of privacy. #### like that….
I dislike the subdivision with mega million dollar homes with the houses right next to each other. Land>house.
Wow that house is huge. I couldnt imagine the staff its gotta take to keep that thing clean!
