Doesnt want to start when hot. Seems to be fine otherwise. Sometimes will shut off, and then no re-start. After cooling it will fire back up just fine. No apparent external leaks of any kind, runs great when running, plenty of fuel.

Any ideas? Being that I'm a 7.3 guy......well

Sounds like a STC fitting problem if its a 05 up truck. Otherwise you will need to datalog some stuff to go deeper

STC fitting or ICP sensor.

If its STC the leak could go either way.

Put it on the scanner

Dummy plugs in the ends of the high pressure oil rails under valve covers, Ford has updated plugs with better o rings. If it was a failed stc it would not start period!

could be an stc or ipr.id lean more towards stands pipes or dummy plugs.you can put air to the icp sensor and maybe hear a leak, everything is going to be internal.
