-fuel system what will i need to change and whats the best pump to use?
- gauges is there a way to use my gauges?

- what motor and trans combo should i find?
- is the stock radiator sufficient?
- what mods should i do to the motor before installation?
- is the stock susp strong enough?

Wouldnt a 150 be overkill for just a 4bt? Unless they are priced very close of course.

You will either need a vaccum pump or a way to convert it to hydro boost.

They make some smaller twin turbo kits, there is a pretty good 4bt forum out there that might help you with the swap better.

There should be no reason why you cant use the factory key switch as well as many other things.

Radiator should be plenty big, my buddies elcummino runs a stock radiator with a 6bt cummins so i would bet your fine.

couple trucks one fast one not

Shouldn't be, plus the Airdog 100 is about the exact same price. I was just saying it would be a good route for filtration and a lift pump to apply the fuel and pressure needed for a solid lift pump
