Question No Heat -2002 Excursion 7.3

Starts and runs fine. All stock. Temp gage reads normal. No leaks anywhere. Thermostat looks good. Replaced but no change. No heat comes from the vents. Only obvious issue is the coolant tank has raised itself way over normal fill level. Can anyone help ?

Thanks. Wayno

Is the vaccum shut off hooked up? Does your vaccum pump work? Are the heater hoses hot? Start with the basics.

Are you getting cold air out of the vents or no air? If no fan speeds work, its probably your blower motor resistor. Thats a cheap and quick repair.

Good question...and good place to start if the answer is no air of any temp out of vents.
