OBS cab mounted police style spotlights

Ok I looked and nothing on instaling the police style spot lights on a obs cab so if someone can point me in the right direction pls and maybe show pictures

cant be to hard, i dont have any pics,
cut a notch in the door, mount the light weather strip it and water proof, wire it up and go to town.

im sure you can get some pretty cheap at a u pull it yard

the hardest part is going to be cutting the door. measure once, check it measure again. cut it on the small side, you can always cut a bigger hole.

if you have air tools pick up a de-burring bit for a air die grinder

You dont have to cut the door. Back in the day when I worked for the fire dept we had 90's cab and chassis' and the hole was drilled next to the windshield not through the door. There are some trim/bezels needed as well to hold it in place that specific to the truck.

I was thinking drilling a hole through the a pillar it's a 5/8 I should have enough space plus it won't be in my way getting in

I have a spotlight on the passenger and drivers side doors. It's dark right now, but I can take pics tomorrow and post them.

Former PenDOT truck. Only thing drilled was the "A" pillar and trim. No mods on windshield trim or door
