e fuel

so its time for e fuel/bowl delete/reg return. anybody have a complete parts list that i need to build my own or should i just buy the beans fuel system. i dont have the time to build my own kit from scratch. thanks

1996 F250:
-5spd w/4.10's
-3" dp to 4" straight pipe
-SouthBend ConOFE clutch
-K&N cone filter
-EBPV brake
-ISSPRO Gauges
-Custom E-Fuel
-Dana 60
-And now a custom front right fender.......

Check the obs after market section in the library section of the site, there are I believe 3 or 4 threads on e-fuel

i need advice. should i replace the stock bowl or build a fuel system or buy the beans fuel kit? any advice is appreciated. thanks

reason im thinking about getting a fuel system is im not sure the condition of the stock pump also

get rid of the bowl it will not handle the higher psi the stock pump boosts the psi after the bowl.

Blue 2012 XLT SCLB 4X4 , 38,550 miles, 3:55's & 18's Camper and Tow packages. Edge insight, Airlift Wireless compressor & Air Bag set-up, Dieslesite filter.

Part in bold is why I said to check out the library section as there are a few threads there that cover a parts list when building your own along with advice on how to do it.

i think i got it all figured out. SD fuel pump. XX-Fuel filters and bases. and Driven Diesel reg return kit. anybody have any input on the two companies?

Lot of this is determined by your hp expectations (injector sizing). If you want more than stageIIs then you may need something larger than a single SD pump like a Walbro GSL-392, Bosch -044 or even larger. the same thing applies to fuel line sizing. Summit has several suitable regulators in their catalog to make your own regulated return.
