Wire diagram for fuel bowl/ipr?

Any body have a wire diagram for the fuel bowl/ipr? Like a idiot I threw away the harness because I did a e-fuel set up. When I went to go look for the plug for the IPR I relized what I did. Ford wants 85 for the harness. I want to just make my own and need to know what ports on the plug go to where on the IPR. Thanks!

Re: Wire diagram for fuel bowl/ipr?

What year is your truck? The EVTM are strange in this area. 1994's show a connector C138 twice (the big one on the firewall and another for the fuel bowl stuff, 12-pin but only 10 used. I don't remember my 94 having one like this as I bought the later fuel bowl harness and it worked fine). 1995 EVTM shows C138 in the diagrams, but does not show the pinout. 1996 and 1997 show the fuel filter connector as C1047. Its a 6-pin connector (2 rows of 3 pins). Pinout is as follows (difference in color as noted):

Pin 1: Circuit 361, Red wire, IPR from Main Harness
Pin 2: Circuit 552, Yellow wire with Red trace, IPR from PCM
Pin 3: Not Used
Pin 4: Circuit 42, Red wire with White trace (1994-1996) or Circuit 1031, Light Green wire (1997), Fuel Restriction sensor
Pin 5: Circuit 327, Red wire with Black trace, Water-In-Fuel sensor
Pin 6: Circuit 16, Red wire with Light Green trace, Fuel Heater

Hope that helps! Cheers!

If you are looking at it from the front of the engine with the connector plugged in, the wire towards the drivers side valve cover is the red one. If you need a connector, I just ordered one off ebay, seems to work pretty good. It is the same as the VGT sensor for a 6.0L

I hear a plug off a injector will work to, and since I'm replacing my valve cover harness I will have a few. Thanks for all the help. This site rocks

Be careful with using the injector plug for the IPR, it doesn't have the weather tight seal that the IPR plug has. You can get a replacement pig tail for the IPR from a Ford or International dealership for less than $15 and it has the seal on it.

Just food for thought. Good luck!!!

Just in case anyone needs the part numbers:

IPR Connector (repair connector with 12” pigtails for IPR)
(Ford)
(International) 2501107C1

Cheers!
