Does anyone know if you can add the factory exhaust brake to a truck that didn't come with one from the factory? I've tried searching the forum and no luck. I have a 14' F250.
Crap.i know the 15's do.im pretty sure I recall test driving an 11' lariat with one. Oh well ill go without for now. More of a want than a need and can't justify the 600 for the BD kit.but thanks for showing me DPP
Not while it still has the warranty.....lol.routine maintenance.delete down the road. First things first change all the fluids and filters truck has 40k.
It came out with the 2015 trucks when they got away from the variable vane turbo used on the 2011-2014. My 2015 has the turbo brake button on the dash.
Also the 14 model has it integrated when in tow haul mode. Its the same way today on the cab and chassis trucks, the pick ups get a separate switch for 15 and up.
