Put 05 badges, grille, bumper(xl molding), foglights, 06 harley 20" wheels, exhaust, and 04 headlights in my 99. Here are the pics, let me know what ya'll think. Oh and btw, excuse the truck being nasty right now

pull the trim below the door, once the trim is off, for easy removal, get a 3m rubber wheel from like autozone, it goes on a drill and works like an eraser remove the sticky tape and DOES NOT SCRATCH, pull off the 4x4 sticker on the back, lose the mudflaps, and try to find some harley lug nut covers, ditch the 99 model ones and i think you will be set! Maybe if you get a chance, one day paint the black on the bumper white to match and get some 05 headlights. I think that would complete the look. Looks good though!

Re: 99 f250 to 05 front end/rims/badges

What did you have to do to mount the rims/tires on the truck without any rubbing? I'm thinking about putting some new 20's on my truck.
Thanks

It actually sits pretty darn level. I think what you're seeing is the incline where i took the picture. Sits up higher than my dad's 03 f250 psd 4x4 in the front, even when it had the stock wheels/tires on it.

I'll do that in the future. I think these look better than the 99 headlights that were on it, but still not as good as the 05s. I'm not going to lose sleep over it though, i've spent way too much money on this truck in the 2 or so months i've owned it, it was completely stock when i bought it. haha....and it's my dd

May do the removal of the trim. I"m guessing there's no aligning pins in the trim? Thanks for the how to also :). I actually have the harley covers and nuts but i have no spacers for the rims and am a little skeptical of getting some. I'd have to cut out the centers of the fronts also since i have manual locking hubs. I've read horror stories about the spacers but maybe ya'll can enlighten me on some quality ones. Also i believe the nuts are a different pitch.

I'm still debating whether or not to paint the molding. One side of me says it somewhat matches the truck(running boards, trim), the other says it's an xl bumper molding, but then the chrome grille somewhat offsets that. All this comes back down to being tired of dumping money into the truck for now. I'm not done with the truck yet but i think it looks much better since the day i brought it home. Thanks for the compliment though.

If you have the bumper brackets yes. I found out the hard way on that and had to wait a couple days to get the correct brackets while i had no bumper on the truck, but an 05 grille.

Well they actually do rub. I have a 1/4" spacer in the fronts and it helped some, but they still slightly rub before steering lock down. It's rubbing about 1/8th of a turn before lockdown and my truck is ext. cab short bed so it's still not too bad to turn. If i could find some quality/dependable spacers(1" or so) i'd probably do that if you guys have any experiences with spacers lmk. thanks

You definitely have done a complete 180 with it since I saw it on HPJ....but thats a good thing... after all if you pull that sick mustang of yours somewhere you can't do it with a stock truck

Also really glad you went with the DP-Tuner!!
