Sounds like the TEE PCM is bad.

Sorry that's my fault should have said that the TEE PCM is perfectly fine, been put in several trucks and has been sent in and tested found to be perfect.

Re: To all the no start people looking for info...

TEE5 and ALF6 Ive also tried a TDE0 that was known to be good just the overdrive doesnt work, and it too will not perform a buzz test. Yes only in this truck, like i said its been tested in several other trucks and works great. ive been through the harness at least a dozen times looking for breaks or cuts and cant find any. this truck has been built from the ground up so ive touched every plug and bolt on this thing and cant find a reason for it to act like this. if i can figure out why the auto pcms wont allow a buzz test, ill be in good shape.

Could just be needing a couple wires switched around. Like at the firewall connector.

Doubtful, it has decided to start running on the TEE5 PCM but with a flashing Check Engine Light, and as the harness went back in the same way it came out theres no way wires could have gotten mixed up

Re: To all the no start people looking for info...

I'm also looking for a bit of help. I have a 2002 F250 7.3L with 120k on the clock. I was having issues with the truck idling funny when started from cold. This has now changed to where it does not want to start but after a lot of cranking.

- CELs - P0603, P1212, P1211

Just changed out the GPR and the glow plugs within the last 20k miles. Also changed my CPS to make sure it was not that. My ICP does have a ton of oil coming out of it. Think that is the issue? I'm at a loss.

Oilguard Bypass Oil System
Dieselsite Coolant Filter, Fluidampr
ITP boost Annihilator, BTS Trans and T.C.

Re: To all the no start people looking for info...

Change the icp first. You have two icp codes. Ford or international only. Cheap auto parts store ones suck.

01 f-250, Standard
Rev tech 4" lift, 37" military wrangler Mt tires
KC diy 66, Full force 160/100 and custom tunes from PHP
Banks intercooler and full 4" exhaust, Diy S&B intake
Diy quad feed, Hydra, Isspro boost, pyro, and fuel pressure
3/0 battery cables with military style terminals

The codes only logged once the truck died on the road. It started off as a blip when it was warming up. Now it has gotten worse. Any chance it's a TPS?

Nope. Oil in the icp. Means it's bad. They are only like $140.
