I would think the instructions would be good enough to get you started.. But lifting the body on the excursion.. might require 2 or 3 Jacks and another person (maybe 2) to make it easier and safer.

I fiiiiiiiinally got to replace the rears on my extended cab. I really appreciate your help Sean, probably saved me three hours lol! Especially the tips on getting them out by ones self
