58V ficm

I just got a edge insight cts and I'm monitoring my ficm voltage and i have a 58v ficm but it only reads 47.5v is that bad??

No I called innovative up and that's what they told me as well that your only going to see 48-47. But a good twist to the story I got one of mine reworked from FICMrepair.com and his always reads 49. Also FICMrepair's is a stock 48 so not sure I don't wanna pull off the innovative sticker and void the warranty to check. Hope someone can shed better light.

Yea that's right for Innovative and Swamps I believe. You actually do have 58v but your display through the OBDII port is 10v less. I think it is so it doesnt throw a code or something. You can check for sure by undoing the test port cover and testing it with a volt meter. Hope this helps.

performance wise nothing........other than that it can help stiction, cold starts, and most of the time it will be more reliable in drastic climate changes.

4'' exhaust, egr delete, upgraded oil cooler, arp studs,50mm BOV, volant CAI, 66/73/.91 turbo, 205/100 injectors, crossover fuel line, airdog II, sct by TSD & ID, high idle mod, nitrous express with .092 jet, 26 GPH water/meth, ats stage 3 tranny, king Ranch front and rear captins chairs, and of course kicker sound system

i remember asking eric this same question and if i remember correctly i think he said it'll help the injectors empty and fuel more.
