Re: not warming up

What do you mean by warming up? No heat or it continues to miss?

Re: not warming up

If the engine is taking forever to warm up then the thermostat is stuck in the open position and needs to be replaced.

2006 F-250 CC SB 4X4, all stock with egr system for now.

Re: not warming up

Plug it in on a timer so you don't have to wait as long? Lol

Sounds like a thermostat that is going bad. These have a "failsafe" that when they fail they are "supposed" to stick open not closed. That would cause you to have longer warm up time than usual.

Re: not warming up

Changed out tstat last night hope it works
BTW it has been cold up here avereging at about 32* a night
This has been happening for about 3months now and I can't
stand it anymore. I thought it was just because it was cold but
I see other 6.0's warming right up and leaving me in the parking lot.
