Re: 2004 6.0L Coolant Leak

Keep your coolant level in the bottle a switch below the MIN mark that is in it. This should help and if it doesn't let me know. There are a few "other" ways to fix this but this should do it.

Take a good look at all of your radiator hose and heater hose clamps,The oem steel spring clamps are junk, I have had to replace 3 on mine with the stainless type clamps, the oem's had broke and antifreeze was seeping

Re: 2004 6.0L Coolant Leak

Can't you just take the truck back to the dealer and say look what you did/didn't fix?

Current- 2006 Harley Davidson Edition F250 6.0L w/a "BUILT" engine, Unfortunately mis-assembled and installed by CenTex Diesel and a NAPD Heavy Hauler RACE SERIES Transmission
Previous- 2001 Platinum Edition F250 7.3L
SCT LW and FICM tuning- Eric @ Innovative Diesel
Regulated Return fuel kits- Dennis@ Sinister Diesel

ENOUGH SAID

Ya take the truck back and find out what they did. Also if its coming from his right side it can be different things I had the same problem till I deleted it.

Thanks to Doug at GoGo Diesel, Matt at Gearhead, Ryan at Full Force, Vivian at Quick Tricks, Greg at Diesel Power Products, Adam at First Coast.
