You don't need a lift. Open the hood. Remove the intercooler tubes. Remove the turbo. Remove the intake. Also attached the oil cooler docs. If you want to change it while you are in there.

Is the kit you got a couple of little block off pieces of metal?

Doesn't the intake have to come out to get the cooler out? Unless you take the inner fender out? I heard it was a pita if I remember correctly.

Re: easiest way to install egr delete kit

I did the one from First Coast diesel and I had to remove the intake manifold, it made it a lot easier. As for the turbo, it doesn't have to come off but if I were to do it again, I definitely would because it was a PITA but my buddy didn't want to take it off for some reason.

Deff have to take the turbo out (to make your life easier), its only 3 bolts and a few clamps .

sinister and RCD say no intake removal is necessary with their delete, but by the time you get done trying to not remove the intake and maneuvering the EGR cooler out, you could have pulled then intake off twice..

Yeah and you also had to remove the intake manifold because the new kit from First Coast Diesel is a whole new intake manifold so that makes sense on why you took it out
